We're on a journey to re-invent meat with snails as alternative protein sources.

Our passion is escargots, which are edible snails. Escargots instantly draw out the natural piquancy of the forest, just like mushrooms and truffles. We want to make delicacies based on escargots more accessible to people.


Snail meat is a more sustainable choice, because there goes 10 times less feed into snail meat than red meat. People deserve more choices of meat on their plate.
